Lynchburg Host Lions Step Up

Dave Thomas (left) of the Lynchburg Host Lions Club presents Lion Bill Daniels (right), representing Prevent Blindness Capital Fund, with a check for $2,000. This check is instrumental to Prevent Blindness  receiving a challenge grant of $50,000 from the Parsons Foundation for additional operating space adjacent to the current facility. The BAMM Lions Club also contributed $2,900 for the Capital Campaign. An additional $9,000 is needed to receive this matching grant.
